The 2018 MyBroadband Cloud Conference, to be held on 13 June 2018 at Gallagher Estate in Gauteng, is the premier event of its kind in South Africa. The conference will be attended by more than 1 500 of South Africa’s top cloud, hosting and security executives and IT professionals. Seventeen speakers will share information about hosting services, data centres, cloud computing, virtualisation, hosting infrastructure and connectivity.
Synthesis Software Technologies’ Head of Cloud Consulting, Darryl Govender, is a panellist at the conference. Govender will be part of a panel discussion chaired by MyBroadband’s Editor-at-Large, Jan Vermeulen, which will discuss the benefits of moving to cloud, the value of Amazon Web Services (AWS) as a cloud platform in the South African context, and the need for skills development in the software development space. Synthesis will also showcase its services as one of the event’s 35 exhibitors.
