In a South African first, Synthesis Software Technologies has been awarded Amazon Web Services (AWS) DevOps Competency status. This is the fintech company’s second audited AWS Competency, following their Financial Services Competency achievement in August 2018.
Achieving an audited AWS competence requires the satisfaction of a stringent set of criteria, including audited case studies, proven thought leadership, and an advanced set of qualifications.
These qualifications follow Synthesis’ achievement of AWS Advanced Consulting Partner status in 2017, in another first for the African and Middle East regions.
AWS is the world’s pre-eminent cloud-services provider, and is rapidly scaling up capacity in South Africa; a strategy that is expected to benefit businesses in both South Africa and the continent.
